Intro: Young lawyer, Alexander Bingham, is one of the best lawyers in the southern region of ireland. The only reason Alexander is so good at what he does is because he obsseses over his job. He will not set down a case till it is finished. When not on a case, however, he likes to relax with the viola and, one of his bad habbits, over dose on cold medicine. One particular case was that of a very rich woman named Alicia Bateman. Alexander had her convicted of fraud and forgery of legal documents which she will never forget. For months she has tried to have him murdered but has failed. She still persists to get rid of him to this day.

This had caused a split between the colonists, dividing them into Loyalists and the Rebels. Now many of James' friends were Rebels and only one was a true loyalist. James had become a loyalist for his father. Now he wants out but with being an officer in the british army it is impossible for him to escape without being noticed and caught in the process.

History: Born on the outskirts of Dublin, Arcamedes lead an ordinary life growing up. His father raised sheep in the highlands while his mother was the midwife. Now as he grew older he liked to take note of the wild plants in the area and what properties they might hold, be it medicinal or poisonous. Once in a while he would come across creatures normally never seen by humans. Anyways, Arcamedes had fallen in love with a young woman and they were to be married, but the young woman grew ill, gravely ill and there was no hope with normal human remedies. Now since Arcamedes was familliar with the supernatural world through his studies he came across one of these creatures who offered him a way to save his beloved. He had never encountered this creature before though but he was desperate for the cure, all he had to trade was something of his own, half of his soul. Arcamedes agreed but the mysterious creature did not hold up its end of the bargain. Taking half of his soul the creature vanished off the face of the earth leaving Arcamedes with nothing but a phony cure. His beloved fiance perished days later and he found himself with a disease worse then hers. Now he travels the world searching for a cure to his slow killing disease.

History: A former captain of the imperial gaurd, Hawthorn now runs with 'the wrong crowd' or 'hooligans' as his family calls them. Having been disowned for having what a swamp witch called 'the devils eye' he hasnt seen his father, mother and little sister in years. He wears the seal of his prestigious family to keep himself out of major trouble with the law. Hawthorn wears a patch over his right eye, the devils eye that allows him to rather accurately predict his opponents movements with the exception if they are acting on pure instinct. With that gift there is also a terrible price to pay. Now living with a bunch of pirates, that pursuaded him to join their crew for adventure and riches( and also a family ), he does what he pleases but is still the stuck up, pompous, arrogant jackass he's always been. Always too good for people. Now with word of his 'gift' spreading Hawthorn is sought out by other crews and even the navy so they could use him for their own purposes.

History: Elias Sinestra seems like your ordinary, strict professor that everyone seems to loathe or have a strong disliking for. Well for the most part he is. He grew up in england and graduated top of his class. On the surface he's an ordinary man with an ordinary job (though he somewhat dislikes teaching little ingrates) but there is a dark secret he holds. Elias is half Viscus. His mother is human(or in HP, a witch) but his father was a flesh eating monster. (Viscus (A rare few that are born with the flesh eating disease. now it doesnt mean what it says. you may know these as cannibles but to survive they need to eat human flesh. They are the few timeless creatures like vampires and live a long while. no one knows how long. If they do not consume human flesh they begin to fall apart (literally) and eventually die. They can live among humans and look just like them besides their normally pale skin and light hair. They also have razor sharp teeth) Now since Elias is only half he doesnt necissarily need to eat human flesh but without it he's normally ill but he can control his need to feed better then a full Viscus. His mother left him with his father when she realized what a beast he was and how she couldnt control him when he was younger. His father was loving but not in the way he wanted. Poor Elias grew up in his homosexual fathers home where he constantly brought men home. He is eternally scarred.

History: During the age were Viscus' thrived Hadrian was their handsome king. He had good leadership skills, charm and anything else a great leader needed. One day humans caught onto their existence but Hadrian cleverly convinced them that they were divine beings because of the viscus' fare complexion and their ability to remain looking young. The humans began to worship them and Hadrian especially. He began to like it, a lot, and now demanded human sacrifices. Now the viscus' did not have to hunt as their food was brought too them. They grew lazy and when food was scarce they struggled to get food and starved. Many withered away, turned to dust, but Hadrian managed to live though his people were gone. His only son had ventured out on his own, leaving Hadrian there with little company.

Background: The Reid brothers spend their youth in hogwarts, learning all there is to know about magic. Their father is ill but their home and shop is in hogsmead so they can keep an eye on their sickly father. Their mother had passed on long before when Quincy was 3 and Will was 7. The shop remains closed while the boys are at school and their father is bedridden.

Magus had been friends with a young boy named Zale, being neighbors when they were young. For several years he traveled with Zale on the open ocean. On their journeys he's learned of cultures and their magics. He has grown to be a rather powerful mage, taking what he's learned from different cultures and combining them, creating a unique style for himself. He now lives alone in the middle of a forest, rarely venturing out to the town near where he lives. Magus is outcast by society, like many mages are, and he keeps to himself often.

For years now he's served with a young captain by the name of Patrick Zale. Not fond of Pirates in the old days Zale had thoroughly convinced him to join his privateering crew as their weapons master, carpenter, doctor and first mate because of past experience.

Description: For 125 years Jaccob had served as a book keeper for a lord in a small country in Whales. How he lived this long began all the way back when he use to be a servant for another lord. He worked to pay for his families debt and served the lord and his daughter whom he had fallen deeply in love with. However poor Jaccob was stricken with tuberculosis which had no treatment back then so he would surely perish. The lords daughter was very kind to him till one stormy day. The lord had a gambling problem and had lost almost everything so decided to wager his sickly servant. He had lost the final throw of dice and his servant. That same night the lord which he currently works for came for him and took him from the girl he loved so dear. when he cried out for her she merely waved and then he knew she only thought him as no more then what he was. A servant. Stricken with grief which worsened his illness he grew close to his demise. The lord offered him a deal which he gladly took. "i save you and you will serve me for the rest of your life." This did sound pretty good at the time but to his dismay he found that the lord was a vampire and had turned him to one as well. Now he serves an eternity of servitude.

Coming from England to the America's, Zale had acquired a ship of his own and they sail the sea's on their own means, only free to steal from anyone but American-British ships.
